Topwe is an independent think tank based in Hong Kong, focusing on international relations, geo-strategy and China–US relations. By combining cross-disciplinary analysis with a strong expert network, it delivers policy insights and strategic advice of direct relevance to governments, research institutions and enterprises.
Topwe’s mission is to connect East Asia with the global policy community, producing research that is evidence-based, scenario-driven and decision-oriented. Its core areas of work include major-power dynamics and regional order, Indo-Pacific security and maritime chokepoints, and frameworks of competition and cooperation in China–US relations.
